Unfortunately, many of my past clients have learned that their insurance companies are great “friends” only when the clients were paying the insurance premiums. When it comes to paying out claims, insurance companies are for profit businesses and their adjusters are trained to “adjust” claims. Many times this will result in your claim being devalued and you not receiving a fair offer from the insurance company. Before settling your claim, I would suggest contacting my firm so we can meet and review your policy and the value of your claim. On other occasions, the insurance company will simply deny a claim. Sometimes, a claim is denied in bad faith and a lawsuit can be filed against the insurance company.
My firm handles auto accidents, uninsured motorist coverage, underinsured motorist coverage, short term disability, worker’s compensation, long term disability, homeowner’s insurance and many other types of insurance claims. If you currently have a claim or have had a claim denied, please call my office so we can discuss your policy, the claim and the reasons for the denial of your claim.
