If you own a small business or you are planning to start a business, you would be wise to seek the advice an attorney. In most cases, after checking with your accountant, I will advise you to form a business entity such as a Corporation or a Limited Liability Company (LLC)  which will serve to limit any personal liability for the individual owner(s). I can also draft contracts and arbitration agreements for use in your business as well as review contracts which vendors and suppliers may want you to sign.  If you get into a dispute with a customer or a vendor, I can attempt to resolve the issue, file a lawsuit and/or defend a lawsuit filed against you and your business.
